Before you order
Answers about signage, materials and planning your project.
We review your information and advise whether a site survey is needed. Final dimensions, fixing details and access must be agreed before manufacture.
Send photos and dimensions. We assess the face, frame and lighting to establish whether refacing, an LED replacement or a new unit is appropriate.
Tell us who will install it and what specification they need. Supply-only and installed options are quoted separately; an installed package rate cannot simply be reduced by an assumed fitting charge.
Removal, surface preparation and access equipment are confirmed separately unless explicitly included. We identify these requirements before agreeing the work.
Acrylic, aluminium composite, stainless steel, brass and other substrates offer different appearances and construction options. Location, lighting, size, fixings and budget guide the choice; we confirm the material and finish in your quote.
Send the original logo and any colour references. We discuss production and colour matching before manufacture, and can quote cleaning, lighting checks or repairs separately.
Send the location, sizes, display duration and fixing requirements. We can discuss banners, hoarding graphics and freestanding displays, with material, support, installation and removal agreed for the setting.
We review the existing signs, locations, condition and brand consistency against the agreed brief. The survey scope, recommendations, replacement artwork, manufacture and installation programme are confirmed in your quotation.
