Before your exhibition

Frequently asked questions.

Materials, artwork, proofs and planning your print collection.

What can you print for artists and galleries?

We can discuss artwork reproductions, photographic prints, compatible canvas, exhibition posters and wall graphics. Tell us about the artwork, size, quantity and display setting so we can agree a suitable material and quotation.

Which paper or canvas should I choose?

The right surface depends on the artwork and the effect you want. We review compatible stocks, texture and finish, and can quote a sample print before you commit to the full order. Material availability and the final specification are confirmed with your quotation.

Can I approve a colour proof?

We can quote a physical sample on the chosen material for approval. Screen colour can differ from a printed result; the sample helps us agree the appearance, image detail and finish before production.

Are all fine art prints archival or certified giclée?

We confirm the actual ink, substrate and any documented permanence information for your chosen specification. An HP Latex printer alone does not certify every print as archival or giclée. If you need a particular conservation standard, tell us before ordering so suitability can be checked.

How should I supply my artwork?

Send your best original high-resolution file and the intended finished size. Tell us about your colour profile, borders and any cropping required. We check the file and agree the production settings before printing; a larger image cannot recover detail that is missing from the original.

Can you help with a complete exhibition?

We can coordinate art prints with exhibition posters, caption panels and printed literature. Mounting, framing, canvas stretching, transport and installation are separately confirmed where required, so the quotation clearly identifies what is included.

Can you print a single piece or an edition?

Send the quantity, artwork sizes and whether pieces form a numbered edition. We quote the agreed run and any separately required numbering, signing space or accompanying printed material. Artwork rights and permission must be in place before reproduction.

How much does it cost, and how long does it take?

Pricing depends on material, size, quantity, file preparation, proofs and finishing. We confirm the production schedule after reviewing the project and your exhibition date. Proof approval and the agreed payment arrangements come before the main print run.
